No foam under the floor (some in bow) and weep holes to every cavity. The weep holes need to be epoxy glassed before the new wood goes in the boat. This will seal them from water moisture. Foam for flotation was then sprayed under the bow and stern deck as well as under the gunwales.

you can glass weep holes that are existing by wetting out little pieces of glass cloth and applying, then poke a ballon in hole and inflate to hold cloth till dry.If you inflate right it will even hold up the edges on to a radius.
I usually prewet the hole with epoxy and a pipe cleaner. Munday |

I love the ballon idea!! Thanks. Little "tricks" like this sure make things easier. It's one of those things that make you say to yourself: "why didn't I think of that a long time ago"
