I'm starting that think that what I need no longer exists. Are there any experienced general aviation avionics managers looking for a job in eastern central florida. How about any general avionics techs wanting to become a manager. We have an established shop but can't find a qualified man to run it.

Yup.

I can't find a good GA mechanic. If I did not have a job I could work full time on friends stuff because nobody wants to work or get the job done right.

We are having a tough time finding good engineers here too.

That problem was solved years ago.
I bought my wife a nice lawn tractor with a bagger system. As soon as a couple of leaves hit the grass, she's on the tractor, mowing the whole yard. I stored one of my boats on Sunday (in her mom's garage) and when I got back, the lawn was mowed and the Lions (5-2) game was just starting.
Now, if I can just get her to pull the hoist and dock out.
