Always with the Busch bashing..
For thousands of years men have felt the irresistible urge to go to sea, and many of them died. Things got better after they invented boats.

Eric! what,s your choice of poison? finished the bilge paint today, you can see every flaw with the white bilge paint. stopped and looked at the motor cradel today, think it wont look that bad after all. next time i will polish before welding then clean on the welds. you know what thay say about hindsight.

Jeff,
It still looks like a great job from this side of the computer screen! Don't worry about little flaws - we all see them ourselves but no one else sees them!

Busch lite? They must have had to pay for that silver metal!

Nice work. That looks great! Will the engine be easier to install than an inboard would be or does it still have to be precisely aligned?

Awesome job on this boat.

You made a very good choice by throwing out the idea of going with the Blueprint/Marshall Engines stroker. They sent me 3 bad engines in a row before finally refunding my money. What a waste of time. They should be out of business. They tried to get out of backing up the warranty again and again. They do not take responsibility until you force them to. They try to beat you down and wear you out. That is their business model send out a bunch of motors and then blame the failures on the buyers. Yes they sent us 3 bad engines in a row.

I'm so glad you did not get one from them. looks like you are building a great motor.

Keep up the good work!
This is the life
