Steve, Two recommendations for just the two of you.. Mc Connell Inn, 1st choice, walk to everything GL has to offer. Great B&B !! Heidle House, 2nd Choice pricey, but "she'll" love it.. See you next year

Just checked in to see that the dates were the same. Isee that it is the same weekend as the State Waterski Show Tounament. Already committed to that one. Too bad, i had a greaet time last year

The campground is an awesome place to stay and last year there were several who brought their dogs, wife, kids, moms, dads, whatever, no problem. You will have a great time, I guarantee!! |

The manager at Hattie Sherwood will allow any "pets" as long as they are well mannered and dont bark at the guests,this applies to two or four legged critters.
This year Quinner will be reqired to have both a muzzel and a leash as there were some issues as to his interaction with other campers. Glad to have some new blood willing to come and endure the GLReunion.Looking forward to meeting you and yours in July....Boat dr I have not received my formal invite yet , Keith can Karen and I still come???????? |

Thanks to all you make us feel welcome. You all sound like my kind of people. I plan to bring four people an the pooch. I have attended the Supra reunion the past two years
always had a great time. Its so nice to have this kind of event with my new brand of boat within 300 miles of home.

If anyone is looking for group lodging, our next door neighbor rents her property. It is new-ish, off water with a slip in the mooring channel and a private launch. 3 or 4 bedrooms I believe. If anyone (or groups) is interested, I can contact her directly and probably work out a fair deal outside of the rental agent.

Update I went to the Chicago boat show Thursday to go over the 09 order.My dealer told me about a 08 210 clearance boat. He made me a deal I couldn't pass up. My new boat is White and orange,Beautiful Thanks to Terry from Dockside Marine. I am set up with two camp sites near the ramp.Thanks to all we will see you there. |

I received a conformation from Hattie Sherwood yesterday [ 2/4/09] We will be on 37 and 38. I think they are next to the boat ramp? I can't wait for spring its been a long hard winter Wheres Al Gore now? The new boat is in transit should be here next week. I will post pics when it gets here.
