I'll bet there are a few ABBA albums in your collection, right next to the Village People vinyl

Very nice Mark...but is that an old picture...looks like you are wearing a heater shirt. We only wear them in Jan or Feb.

No......the photo was just last week. It actually has warmed up a bit here in the past week but it has been one chilly summer. With our last stretch of warm days the water is finally back over 70......it has stayed in the mid to upper 60s most of this summer though.

Mark,
Did you ever find that youtube video on the swamped MC I told you about? It just popped up again on site. Off topic - "submarine". I thought you may be able to fill us in on some of the handling characteristic of a MC! What happened???

Mark, it doesn't get any calmer than that.

Pete, That video has been around for quite sometime and has been discussed at great lengths on other sites. I believe Mastercraft even had it removed from Youtube when it first came out. The version I heard for the cause of it was that the driver was trying to do a bat turn and stuck into reverse by mistake. I've watched it many times and just don't understand how it happens.

Totally, played hooky that day. The only thing that bothers me about that pic is that I'm driving and not on a rope behind the boat.

Riley,
it is easily done on today's newer model boats that have lower bows. From WOT or close to it, chop the throttle. As the bow continues to fall throw it in reverse. Bow will dip below waterline, then throttle forward to bring boat up and out of the dive. Why people do this and tear up thier boats, I don't know. I'm sure Eric would agree that it could and would likely tear your tranny up doing it often.
...those who have fallen and those who will.
