Fuel pressure at idle never dropped below 39. On shut down, it went to 42 and holding steady.

I guess the next question would be what happens if you remove the vacuum sensing line from the regulator and run the engine at idle?
Is pressure still 39 or does it go up by 7 or 8 psi or so? |

Does this boat have an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator? Maybe someone screwed the adjuster screw too tight.
