You are, without a doubt, a 47%er. You are dependent on your ssdi and most likely your medical bills are being paid by Medicaide. I am paying for your care through my taxes. I don't mind though, that is what these programs are for.
My other comment is that during difficult times, it is important to have dreams and keep a positive attitude. Certainly only a very small portion of the population can afford a boat of any kind, much less an inboard ski boat, but nothing happens if you don't plan and set goals. I hope you succeed in your quest for another ski boat.

I could you even put me in the 47% when I never have been. You think I like being in my postion. I was living off morphine and codine for pain, and I have climbed the biggest mountain ever was. My doctor off course, told my parents and family, we need to get Lee some help. They set me up on it. I got to take care of myself first. Cause nobody else will! My father raised me, YOU DONT WORK, YOU DONT EAT. I am also not NR with my money. So I save for what I have lost. Living off the goverment sucks to high heavan. I cant wait for the doctor to relaese me and go back to work. But is what programs are for, just like you said. And Romeny's tax rate is what is the law they should pay. first of all I do know what its like being down and out my oldest son was killed at 14 in a car accident having walked out the door of my house and jumped in a car . had i not just responded to a girl who broke her neck falling off a horse I would have been home and caught him before he left..as i arrived back at the station my fellow firefighters were there waiting for me . it has taught me many things I am more compassionate far less religious , ready at a moments notice to care for others. what i did above was read your statement it said in so many words that u were collecting ssi and saving for a boat . sorry but in my opinion it sounded like you were taking advantage of a system, i do however have to apologize for not thinking... not remembering that u were only taking what you paid in.. i should have read it closer or thought about where the $ comes from i just got caught up in all the government programs that people do take advantage of.
