Alan, that bright work really sets her off. Looking great!
Now that you have named her "Soul Mate", does that mean Dana has to ride around with an Afro style wig on?

What a beauty. That trim makes her look like a lady with her most precious jewelry on, ready for the ball...
And she's not even finished

Got the throttle cable installed, ended up buying standard PCM brackets and with very little modification was able to make them work. I'm going to trim the bracket down about 3/8" to lower it down and eliminate that kink but it fit pretty well.

Got the boot stripe painted, and installed some more trim.

Buffed the foredeck and started laying out the windshield brackets, I test fitted the old glass and confirmed it will work so I'll drop it off at a glass shop this week to have some new pices cut.

Running the wiring is up next.

Soooo cool.
For thousands of years men have felt the irresistible urge to go to sea, and many of them died. Things got better after they invented boats.

When you take it off to trim it, paint it the same as the engine before you bolt it back on.

Outstanding job, Alan! What an amazing looking boat. You've probably answered this already but do you have a trailer picked out yet?

Thanks Everyone,

Ken, The trailer came from underneath Tim B's 90. It needs a few modifications to accommodate this boat but I hope to get that done and have it sent out for sandblast and paint shortly.

Pete, I have very little engine paint left so I'm holding off until the "detail" phase to make sure I don't miss any bits and pieces that need color but that bracket is on the list.

Interesting backstory on that trailer is that I towed it in 2002 from PHOENIX AZ to Chicago when I bought the 90 originally! Great trailer, I put lots of miles on it. Glad to VERY, VERY indirectly have some part in this project!

Is that the nice dual axle red trailer, Joel? That's a nice one from what I recall. Plenty of life left. The dual axles seem to be such great trailers.

Alan, it looks amazing. None of those high end Chris Craft guys have anything on you. Are you going to have trim rings for the exhaust or is the transom raked to much to have them?
