Mounting plate for a camcorder to 'track' your skier using the ski rope while they are skiing behind you. This particular one mounts UNDER the tower instead of on top of it.

I know some CCFans are there already or are heading out today or tomorrow so be careful on the roads and safe journeys to you all! The St. Johns River Run 2013 is here!

We found a room at Parramore's, Bream Bed, for the event, praise be. Lori said she had two more cabins available, Manatee on the river and Speck Hole off the river. We hope to leave early Friday morning and should arrive between 2p and 4p. I just spoke to the Boat Doctor and Nurse and they are just making it thru Ocean Springs MS. This will be our first gathering event and my honey's first real exposure to a swarm of Correct Crafts. Life will be good. See you there.

Bream Beds is a cosy little place as I've spent three SJRR's in that one. One bedroom but does have a loft above the kitchen and a pull out sofa. Very quant little cabin with tons of room to park the trailer next to. Glad you found a place to stay Greg. Look foward to meeting you both and safe travels from LA.

I was getting some on road updates from Chris but I don't what know what problems he had. Hopefully I will be taking travel pictures next year if all goes as planned!

Oh Chris, I also want to know howmany thumbs up you got on the trip down? Nothing makes my day more than a thumbs up from the casual observer on the highway. Believe it or not, I get almost as many pulling the boat as I do when I have the Plymouth in tow.

What time is everyone heading out on Saturday morning? I am heading up but not staying Friday night. I think i will put in at Astor as it is the closest ramp to where you are staying.

Ya might wanna come early so you can get registered with the BoatNurse etc get the scoop on whats going on, plus it will give you chance to meet other CCFans from across the globe in attendance. Plan to stay late for Mr. Ralph Meloon will be there to share some more history with us about Correct Craft and soon after the traditonal bring what ya brung cookout and general hang out with the gang. If you have any questions then give me a shout at 770-three 1 six- 6 nine six 3.

BuffaloBFN is already there and the report is the ramp isn't all that great, pretty steep and angled. He launched his BFN but said he'll probably retrieve it at the public ramp.

Also I forgot to mention Marty Mabe sent me 29 key chains as described in the other thread so I'll have those for sale for $10 with all money made being given to Keith for the sake of the site.

Also, sounds like nothing has been done to the ramp since last year. I put in at the public ramp in Astor by the Blackwater next to the Sheriff's boat station and it is NICE. Free ramp too. For the day boaters coming, this is the place to launch, there is ample parking right across the street. Here's the address for those that are interested. It is about a 5 minute boat ride to Parramores.

So far they have gotten along well with one car.    College might be another story though.
Have a great time.

Thinking of all of you as I head out to work on this 6 degree Minneapolis morning (high today 25, low tonight 4, WTF). Enjoy and be safe, and post lots of pics. Spring seems very far away for some of us .
For thousands of years men have felt the irresistible urge to go to sea, and many of them died. Things got better after they invented boats.
