My dad owned a Pool Hall in Mc Comb, Mississippi in 1940,S , a little before my time. I have vacationed in Mississippi, Naches Trace and went to the National Cemetery in Vicksburg. That was something to see and learn about I can't explain the feelings I get when I visit such Hollowed Grounds such as that.Been to the Vietnam Memorial,Arlinton National Cemetery and also the WWII Memorial on Oahu,HI. The cost of lives for what men believe in and die for. I respect them for their service to there country. May God Bless them all. Sorry to get the Mississippi thing off subject. I enjoyed the Mississippi Facts/History lesson. When my dad found out we were going to Nachez, he told me to stay away from that river bottom. I think he worked on a dredge at one time and the folks were a little rough at that time down in that area. Aahh we went anyway, it was just fine. Enjoyed the vacation.

So would this mean that if the Confederate Flag is no longer allowed to be flown that we should elimiate Memorial Day... These Confederate soldiers were killed fighting under the Confederate flag and you usually decorate the graves of soldiers with the flag that they gave their life for. Just a thought... |

You must have a lot of time on your hands searching for the weirdest things on Google LOL!! |

- Gun control means: using BOTH hands!
- Money doesn't make one happy, but when it rains cats and dogs, it's still better to cry in a Porsche than on a bicycle... |
