Some interesting pics of damaged boats, note the flatbottom wrapped around a tree:

Wow. I guess I'll take the harsh New England winters. Hopefully everyone is O.K. down there.

Those storms came thru the Lanier area as well. The news last night showed a whole cove wiped out. Boats & docks all a mess.

Buffalo Greg, you make it thru ok?

The Guntersville area really got hit hard. They are predicting more of the same for tonight.

We're all good, thanks for asking.

I think we had a wanna be tornado come through...4 docks got pushed back; the neat part is the 2 went 1 way and 2 the other...split right in the middle. They were just pushes though, no damage.

Greg, you remember that 10 mile walk from the dock to the 'should be' shore line(joking here)? The lake has to be 11+ feet up since december. We're lovin' it!!!

We have a steady 10' now as I've been moving the dock in.

Yep! glad to hear you guys are okay!

We got some pretty good rain and hail Fri night. The weather alert radio keep going off like fireworks on the 4th. Tornado and thunderstrorm warnings all night.

Greg, Sounds like the water is up and the temperature is too. Kim and I just might half to hook up with the Buffalo's here pretty soon. I've been itching to get back in the water since the river run. Can't hardly stand it.

Hey Tim and thanks. Amy keeps saying "I need to call Kim"...

We've been busy and I'm happy to say that some of that busy has been moving the dock in. Greg isn't gonna believe it.

Gore is letting me down on the temp though. The water is still pretty chilly, but we have been for a few spins...you know, shaking the seeds out of the pumpkin!

Yall are welcome most anytime. Give me a ring if you have a minute.

Glad to hear that our Georgia friends made it ok. Seen some pics on the tv news and it didn't look pretty.
