2001 Air Nautique muffler leaking

Hello, I have a 2001 Air Nautique and have been troubleshooting a slow leaking problem that is constantly filling my bilge. I have narrowed it down to the invertaflow muffler...the exhaust flow pipes/hose connection going into the muffler looks good, but I think its leaking from the exit hose that eventually routes out through the stern.

My problem is how the heck can you get at this to work on it?? It's located right underneath the gas tank as well as the rear locker, which is partially blocked by the ballast tanks. Anyone know the bset way to reach this area of the boat??
