A few pics to marvel at.

This is a Viking Logo etched in glass. Wait till you see the next product I'm getting etched in a glass panel.

Also how would these look on the Purple 93 SN?

You would have to ask that question. Maybe the Fiberglassics website?

Absolutely cool but WOW, talk about high maintenance! They were starting to rot before they even left the Chris factory!!!

Chris,
They were pretty much a experiment in the early fiberglass era. Chris decided to basiclly take a wood boat and glass it!! Take a close look at the picture and you can see the planking under the glass. Big time nightmare.

but then Chris in 64??? started to build 4" thick boats out of glass and didnt understand its strength and still out there are alot of the old glass roamers, that could easily smash a 10 foot wave, those were tanks. Pete correct if im wrong

Speaking of old 'glass. I know that GM had a problem with their resins never really reaching a stopping point. They would keep catalizing, thus basically turning to dust. That's why so many vettes show their seams so well, or you can see the fibers through the paint.
Was there ever any problem companies out there in the boating world?

Someone listed a Silver Arrow for sale on Fiberglassics a few years ago for $10k. It was really rough and sold the first day.
