Robbie,
As is and without input from a prop repair shop, it's the scrap value of Nibral.

Get it into the prop shop and see what they say about the potential repair. Per your photo, it sure looks like a fracture along the bend to the other side of the blade. It could be just the photo too.

Since the advent of the CNC prop, I see these old props sell for $30 to $40 at swap meets. The only people that still want them are the wood boat owners.

EDIT: I also noticed that it looks like someone removed these props by beating them off because they didn't have the proper puller. Not good as it can distort the taper bore. The fix there is a re ream at the prop shop.

Robbie,
Just a suggestion here but you may want to consider taking that cracked prop to the prop shop and see if it's even repairable and what the cost would be. Then, ether have it repaired or deduct the cost off your $125 asking price. Your cracked prop is not worth the same as the other one.

Looking at the crack closely in the picture, it looks like it extends all the way though to the other side of the blade. It also looks like it has been repaired once already. See the lighter color around the crack? The filler metal used when welding up props is a different color.
