Would like a replacement prop either 3 blade ro 4 blade please.
3 blade currently on is a 14 x 16 RH its on my 1996 196 SN. A four blader would be ok but am unawre of the sizes or the calcs to add on here. What is the equivelent size in 4 prop. Thanks FLY ps im in UK |

If I were you I'd get a hold of ACME. I run a 470 on my '90 (thats what was on it when I bought it). I know a few who really like the 1442 (a few less RPM at WOT) TRBenj has done a lot of testing of props, along with other members. Just search around and you'll learn a lot.

I like the 470 on my 95SNOB. Read posts on here and go to ACME's website for info. Bill Weeks at Acme is very knowledgeable about props and easy to talk to. I paid $325 for my prop in December 2006 from Acme.
