Fixing to install the carpet in my 75 Skiier tomorrow afternoon after three months of stringer replacement. Like everything else in my stringer rebuild, I have an idea how I want to do it but nothing on paper.

I was told to run the sides back to front with two inches laying on the floor. Then do the floor running over the two inches to the gunwail and then liquid nail the edge. In fact, I was told to liquid nail all the edges on the carpet.

I am terrible at finding threads on this website so could anybody point me to a thread or tell me if I am on the right track or not? A couple of guys said they were in the carpet installation business when they commented on my carpet adhesive topic last week.   Thanks.
