I'm looking at a problem. I have some dry rot and soft spot on my boat.

I'm looking for options.

Can I sand down the area and re-fiber glass it?
Do I shot a filler material down there and then do option number 1.
Do i replace the entire wood.

This is a 1ft by 1 ft area right behind the passanger seat.

Here are the pictures

Thanks for your help
