I have found a source for the pcv hose on my 351w. I went to the local Ford dealer and looked at their selection of hoses and found that one for a Contour with the 2.5L engine is perfect. I trimmed the pcv end a little and it looks and probably works alot better than the heater hose that I was using. I found a pcv valve at the parts place with an angle head that fit in the small end of the hose. The large end of the formed hose fits perfectly on the wedge plate vacuum port. It even has a 90 degree bend in the right place.
