I have a 86SN 2001 and was thinking about replacing my carpet with a Sea Dek product. Has anyone had any luck going to a non carpet floor covering?

Thanks,
dthomas

I don't see why not. Might be a little pricey, but it could be pretty cool when you're done.

It's probably a matter of getting your old carpet out, and the floor properly prepared for it to adhere too.

The only problem I see is it's not very original!

I just pulled the carpet on mine last night - what a task scrapping all the old glue off. I have new carpet but was thinking about doing something different when I do a stringer job in a year or two. Post pics if you install this stuff I would love to see it. Just don't like carpet on the floor.
