Which is the smoothest throttle I can put in a 97 ski nautique? Mine is stiff and not smooth.

If the throttle on a Nautique is not smooth then something is wrong. You have either a bad cable or your Morse control needs to be rebuilt (meaning cleaned and re-greased).
