I have a buddy in BC that took the first season spin and lost his prop. He has a 74 nautique with a 1:1 tranny and a 1" tapered shaft. He didn't know the prop size, diam or pitch to replace the one that's on the bottom of the lake. Any suggestions? I've talked him into a new 4 blade for the replacement and a used 3 blade for the spare. Just looking for a size.

1974 Ski Nautique? Which engine?
4-blades are 1990's tech... better do some more reading here before choosing a new wheel. |

Acme 540 (13x12 3-blade) is the hot ticket on that boat/powertrain for all around use.

Thank you for the info. I had a 13x13 on my '70 but have no idea if that was original since the engine was reverse rotation (RH) to begin with.
Much appreciated |
