I'm a new owner of what seems to be a very original 79' Ski Nautique with 617hrs on the meter. The boat is very dirty mildew on hull cover seats etc and "crazing" in the gelcoat below waterline. I'm wondering how to clean it up wihtout damaging the upholstery or paint/graphics. Also what is recommended for dewinterizing other than the standard impeller replace and fluid swap. Any help would be great. PS sounds like I'm in your neck of the woods 79 Nautique and Yellowdog. Lets run um sometime! Although I must admit 79N your boat sounds tough to beat!

Fantastik works well for cleaning vinyl upholstery. Use a good quality boat wash on hull and then if needed polish it up. There are several threads on that subject. We don't have much winter so I can't help with the dewinterizing. I think winter was on a Saturday this year.
