I bought a 95 Super sport with a freeze damaged original motor. I may have located a 89 PCM 351 W standard rotation with only 6 hours on it. If I can find GT 40 heads to replace the stock heads, replace the intake manifold with the EFI manifold, etc. will this engine work for the boat or should I keep looking? The transmission in the 95 is the PCM 40 1:1 V drive.
