Just started the 79 skier for the first time this year and she see starts a runs great for about 2 minutes than starts to run very rough or rich. she will idle fine but give any gas and starts to stumble badly. if i cut the motor and wait a minute it will restart and run great for about another 2 minutes. The carb, ignition module and coil were replaced last season. cap, rotor, plugs and wires were replaced today. Its a 302-4v. any help would be great, we are trying to go out of town this week.

Check the fuel filter. Are you running last years gas? If you didn't use gas stabilizer when you put away for the winter you may have gunked up your carb.

Check intake for a leak. Spray carb cleaner etc. along the sides of the intake and see if it revs up. If not that, my 2nd guess is the power valve in the carb, if you have a holley.
