Looking to put DUI distributor on our 87 BFN 454. Looking to confirm the model # i should be using as well as some guidance on a wire set(the DUI has a male cap the oem mallory has a female cap).

I'm planning to order M12720 for the distributor.

Any help appreciated.

Yep, thats the right one. I have terminated my own universal plug wire kits- the Taylor Spiro Pro's are nice and reasonably priced.
