Hello all!
I was wondering if anyone has any advice on rebuilding an engine for a 81 ski nautique. Mine is a little different it has a 350 gm/ pcm marine engine instead of a 351 ford. has anybody replaced or rebuilt anything like this? im thinking about going to a fuel injected vortec engine but im worried about the wiring harness/computer module involved in that. or maybe boring it out and sticking with the same block? |

My assumption is you are getting the donor engine and fuel injection parts from a truck, right?
I did a similar conversion with a TBI fuel injection set-up. |

Rebuilding a 350 is the sane as a 351. Keep it and rebuild the original.

+1 on rebuilding what you have. 350 GM's are the industry standard for boat motors in that horsepower range. Fords not so much anymore. Northern Auto Parts will have all the parts you need.
