Ronald,
You have a couple choices. A new custom fabricated tank would be the most expensive but would be the best. Repairing the old is the next option. A good sheet metal fabricator could do it. Then, I would blast the outside and paint and then use a tank liner coating on the inside. |

I wonder if the mid 60's to mid 70's boats all use the same tank? Tempo 18 gallon Long Range. I have heard rumblings about some being remade. Pete use your contacts to get some blow molded ones

My guess is with you Gary. Knowing CC in the '70s, I'm sure to save production costs the Martinique and SN prob shared same tank.

You would shutter at the cost of the mold!!!  You wold be better off buying a plastic welder and fabbing a new tank.
