Lift the rounded upright back portion of the seat straight up. The bottom portion of the seat should have 2 big thumb screws .

Marty, does 93 have the motor box style rubber latches that hold it in place too?
(the seat leanback that is) |

No .. Just 3 brackets on the boat - 1 each side - 1 in the middle Then 3 'hooks' on the back cushion. Wayne did you figure it out? If not e-mail me mtmabe@northstate.net
