Hey, On vacation in TN and throttle cable broke. JBear suggested to get on-line to see if anyone can tell me the length of this cable. 1985 Ski Nautique 2001.
Both the throttle cable and the shift cable have the same markings on them but I am uncertain of how to read them or if they even mean anything. The cable is red and in white it has a D32377-033 0204.0. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Like to get a cable installed and on to enjoying vacation asap. Thanks, 85skinautique. |

That's really a dealer only item? Not the same as the second generation? I knew steering cables had their specifics buts always thought throttle and shift were generics?

I have the shift and throttle cables up for sale for an 83 Nautique 2001. If their the same length and you want 'em make an offer. Their in pretty good shape.

Hey Everyone, thanks for all the help. We pulled the cable and measured it. Luck would have it that another gentleman had the exact cable that I needed. Now I just need to figure out how to square things up with him. Was able to get repair made early in the morning. Had a couple hiccups with the linkage behind the throttle itself. Everything seems to be functioning properly now. Good thing for Nautique owners with spare parts and for ones to examine their linkage to find my issue.
