   I have a 2000 196 that I need to remove the drivers seat back cushion. I know I must be over thinking the process and need a little help. I was told by Christines Marine there are 2 fasteners I need to remove on the sides of the cushion (see attached picture provided by Christines). I asked for clarification from Christines but did not get much support. So... 
I see a very small hole on the side of the cushion as Christines told me about. However what type of fastner is under the vinyl? A Phillips head? FYI: I do not want to damage the outside vinyl of the seat. What exact too(ls)have you guys used in the past to get in there?
