Have you removed the cover on the knob face to see if the bolt is turning??

Hello,
Regarding a standard/factory wake tower on a 2000 correct craft air nautique. On the starboard side the knob and bolt will turn together, however will not losen wake tower. The other side works fin. How do I fix or the problem? Thank You, David |
