My 1999 air nautique has a latch on the aft storage compartment that is controlled by a cable that runs back up by the driver’s throttle to a lever that can by locked by a key so you can secure the items in the compartment. The latch mechanism on the aft storage compartment is frozen rusted stuck in the open position. Does anybody know where I can get a replacement part or anybody selling a used one? My dealership said they only made that design setup from 1997 to 2000 and there just are not that many boats out there with that setup so no one makes that part anymore. im Not sure even what the part is called beside aft compartment latch or rear hatch latch?
