Take a look at this thread on a MV1. It may help with your frozen lockout.

The link to it and to many more great threads are in the FAQ thread in the maintenance section. Maybe you haven't gotten to it yet? CCfan FAQ

Thanks for the info, I do have it apart already almost lost that spring and bearing haha. It’s really seized in there.
