Sorry, I posted this in "Off Topic" but fear that subject might be overlooked, so:
Ford 312 Interceptor RR. Cam is direct gear-drive. There are marks on the gears, but I don't have any info on how they line up. Desperately trying to make Tahoe Concourse, anything you have. Thanks

Maybe try this guy Jim builds marine Y Blocks
Or try 207-767-2569 as an alternate number Or PM Riley, he lives near Jim and has dealt with him on some Interceptor parts and probably knows if he's still in business. Phone number 619 596 0312 You still have about 5 weeks, "get hoppin"

Thank you Keno.
I was able to speak with Jim Harris, who gave me some much needed guidance on setting the cam, etc. I've built this engine 10 years ago, but lost photos and notes. Not much out there. Again, thanks for the contact info. Onward.....

Post some photos and a writeup as you install it.
I'll bet it's not too straightforward, knowing what the process is for a Y block with a normal rotation cam with a chain.

No 3 o'clock 12 pin chain, although at least that info is out there in abundance. Will post some of this Thx |
