Tracking down overhheating issue, I have:
Replaced thermostat Replaced hoses New impeller installed Unchecked parts: Water circulating pump? Risers (always fresh water)? What else? Temp gauge? Volume of water out exhaust seems insufficient at 1500 Rpm |

Maybe verify your temperatures with an infrared thermometer to start with.
