76, Here's a link to a thread on adding a winch to a trailer. It has some good pictures but for actual dimentions you will need someone to measure. The black trailer is from a 80's 2001 but the white trailer is mine and is from a 70's era CC. I can get some measurements from it if needed but when you talk to the guy making the trailer, he my want the boat to do the final fitting. There are also some good pictures of trailers in the ref. section.

What boat are you trying to fit? I can give you some dimensions of my trailer if you want. Its an 84 model for a 2001 hull. Shoot me an email at bchesley at nctv dot com.

I assumed that since his screen name is 76SN that it's a 70's Ski Nautique. I guess we'll have to wait to find out!! |

I have a 76 on the original trailer. I plan on having the boat of the trailer in a week or two. What dimensions do you need?

well really just the basics for now. length from runner to runner at the back, overall length, and axle length. also, how far up the frame does the padded part that the boat sits on run?
thanks, chad |

Shoot an e-mail to hasbeenskier, BJ Borling. His friend built him a beautiful trailer for his restored 80. It is the "Ski Antique" boat on the Orlando Reunion thread.

Hey Chad, 76'SN............why don't you just buy a trailer (factory CC, used) correct for your model year and fix it up......little paint and carpet on the bunks???? If you are interested, I might be able to help you. Email me for more info if you would like a restorable factory CC trailer.
