I'm looking for a windshield for a 1966 Mustang. Mine had the split one and one side is good the other side completely shattered. Info about a plastic replica will be ok.
Thanks Sid |

Sid,
Heres a link to a post about windshields. Gary S just put one on his 68 'stang... this summer. Looked pretty good. |

Sid, The glass may be a real problem to find unless you buy a whole boat! I think your idea with the plastic is a good one. See if you can find a plastic fabricator in your area and take it to them. You will end up with a original looking winshield. The new plastics are available with anti scratch coatings on them just like eye glasses.

Sweet looking boat Gary. Really like the look of her with the windshield back on.

Thanks John but it's a 20 footer if you know what I mean, rode hard put away wet! I was always going to fix the problems and paint, but listening to Pete,I might see if I can match the gel coat instead.Close would be better than nothing.

You know Pete will show ya the right way. I bet you are handy enough to fool with the gel and bet you would like that much better than paint.
