    Posted: February-22-2008 at 12:21pm
A man asked a waiter to take a bottle of Merlot to an unusually attractive woman sitting alone at a table in a cozy little restaurant.

So the waiter took the Merlot to the woman and said, 'This is from the gentleman who is seated over there.' And indicated the sender with a nod of his head. She stared at the wine coolly for a few seconds, not looking at the man, then decided to send a reply to him by a note. The waiter, who was lingering nearby for a response, took the note from her and conveyed it to the gentleman.

The note read:
'For me to accept this bottle, you need to have a Mercedes in your garage,a mega yacht in the bay, a million dollars in the bank and 7 inches in your pants.'

After reading the note, the man decided to compose one of his own in return. He folded the note, handed it to the waiter and instructed him to deliver it to the lady.

It read:
'Just to let you know things aren't always what they appear to be. I have a Ferrari Maranello, BMW Z8, Mercedes CL600, and a Porsche Turbo in my several garages; I have a beautiful 145 ft. motor cruiser in S.F.Bay and 2 Correct Crafts moored at the lake. I also own homes in Aspen, Miami, and a 10,000 acre ranch in Louisiana. There is over twenty million dollars in my bank account and portfolio. But, not even for a woman as beautiful as you are, would I cut off three inches. Just send the bottle back.'

Nate, I had to add a little bit to the story. That part I thought was fitting, along with the added lines .
Did I mention that he was from Louisiana too???????

But your note read;

"Just to let you know things aren't always what they appear to be. I have a 1982 F-150 parked out back, a correct craft on the trailer, my bankruptsy just went through, and the skirting goes almost all the way around my home. And I guess we'll just have to make love twice"

But your note actually read;

"Just to let you know things aren't always what they appear to be. I have a 1982 F-150 parked out back, TWO correct crafts on trailers, my bankruptsy just went through, and the skirting goes almost all the way around my home. And I guess we'll just have to make love twice"

Hey - tull

If you get out of the snow belt, that "thing " of yours will come out of hiding. My bro is on Byron lake outside of
Fenton .We would get off US 23 on White Lake
road,when I was a kid in Detroit going to the "cottage". My sister is outside of Baldwin around Cadilac, man she's been git'in hammered.Hell I'll pay for the fuel oil as long as she keeps sending the home made Porogies to me in N.C.

Your bro is about 25 miles from my house, 15 miles from my concrete plant. If your coming up this way, give a shout. I'll pull my "thing" out and trek up to Bryron lake. Your sister is in a beautiful area up north. We used to snowmobile and ski at Caberfae. Crystal mountain is nice also.
BTW, my wife is German, her dad came over when he was eleven. I get my fair share of pirogis (sp). Slap on some sour cream,

Dog's got it right in my book.
Sourkraut filled, topped with butter and sour cream. Cheese and potato filled come in a close second.
The problem is, they add to the mph I need to stay on my feet.
Gotta go, all this is making me hungry.
