Hey Guys,
I have also fixed the multiple word search here in the Forums. Now when you search on 'Maharajah ski' you get Maharajah NEAR ski (one result) rather Maharajah OR ski (144 results). A lesson for me in FREETEXT vs CONTAINS in MSSQL. Thanks for your patience. -Keith |

Hey Guys,
The issue is how the emails from the site are seen by the recipient’s email server. The sends out in excess of 10,000 emails a day. I'm trying to figure out exactly what the issues are so I can increase the delivery rate. Now that the Reunions are over, I can focus more time on this issue. Keith, thats great! I was just playing around with it and there seems to be something wrong with the "all words" type of search. With multiple search words, its not narrowing down the number of results compared to an "any word" search. On another note, Ive updated my profile to display my Tique under my name, but it doesnt show up when I post. Hard refresh didnt help- its been like this for a week or so, multiple computers. Strange. |
