Larry, I love the Cheerwine too, but man is it sweet. I'll go thru certain drive-thru's and have them mix the Cheerwine with Pepsi or Coke. Now that's good.
Apple pie? Did someone say apple pie? Oh my, all of a sudden I'm back at GL at the Goose Blind, with the Classic Basta%ds, and hittin' that ShotSki, loaded with shots of tasty apple pie. Now that's good times.

Reid,I saw on the Food Network one time that somewhere in Texas,a small bottling plant still makes Dr Pepper with sugar and uses glass bottles. Can't remember where but maybe one of our Texas members knows.
