Every couple of years I clean out my work truck really well, whether it needs it or not. I've used a product called "odor gun" in the past, and it works well to get rid of the smells, I think it had some warnings on it about vinyls however. Auto Zone carries it.

Eric, I know exactly what you mean. Sometimes you get one of those smells that no one else can seem to smell. I think supdog is kind of like that.
Have you tried Frabreeze? I think they even have a Frabreeze for marine use now.
