Just in case the Formula 1 race in Belgium this coming weekend wasn't enough reason to make the trip, this was posted on Fiberglassics today. You are not alone over there Kristof!

"Last Sunday must have been the 1st Vintage Boatweekend in Belgium (not a town, a country the size of Massachusetts).
The guy that organised it started last year as an enthousiast for wooden runabouts restoration and did 4 in one year !

There were not so many boats but they were rather nice. His site is hotrodboats.be.

I did not have any glassbottem in a decent state to put there next to these varnished floating cabinets, but talking to the guy he said that we certainly would be welcome next year.
Cheers, till then with more pictures.
Serge"

BTW, a VERY good reason for coming to Belgium is visiting us and have a great time on our lake! All CCF'ers are very welcome
