Regarding my quest on ID-ing this green boat...I stumbled upon a boat for sale in ebay the other day. It is a '69 Penn Yan outboard and by golly it is darn close! The only thing missing is the prominent bow rail. Maybe PY installed the bowrail in their '70 model but I am having a heck of a time trying to locate a brochure. Ebay boat is just about ending right now...and only $212!!
