Our show ski team, along with many other ski clubs, received an email wondering if we would be interested in promoting a water ski movie coming out. I thought I would shoot you guys the trailer.

I thought the same thing. Looks like an after-school-movie type of production. But I'll be one of the first to plunk down some coin to see the skiing, boarding, and footin'. |

I'm not sure. They are trying to put out limited viewings on a single date. This is the email our team received; "We are contacting the principal contacts of ski clubs around the country for feedback on the potential support of a Theatrical Release of the film "H2O Extreme" A water ski / wakeboard film Starring : Chris Carmack – ( Austin Roberts) Rider Strong – ( Greg ) Nikki Griffin – ( Ashlyn ), Tad Hilgenbrink – (Charlie Colt) And John Schneider – ( Crash Freeborn) Produced and Directed by: Bill Scharpf Please see trailer at: h2oextremethemovie.com We are launching the film for a single date and time. In theaters near ski communities. We are looking for a min commitment from the ski clubs to decide where to secure screens. Would you and your club be able to get at least 75 -100 people or more to this showing? and to also assist in a grass roots marketing campaign, contacting your local radio, TV and email blasts? How well do you feel this film would be received in your community? Anyone going to Think Tank, we will see you there." Steve |

Tull,
Sounds like the story of a kid from Chicago, your Red Wings #22 was a show skier with Wonder Lake, has won a Stanley Cup and played and scored a great goal in the Winter Classic at Wrigley Field on New Years Day. Not too many movies out there with Water Skiing in them, let alone the theme, looks cool. Does Crash Freeborn drive an Orange Charger in the Movie? |

He still is. Brett Lebda still skis for Wonder Lake. I saw him ski two years ago in a tournament. His brother pulls one of the coolest moves I've ever seen, a back gainer over the jump, ON SHOE SKIS. |

Looks like they did use a lot of my moves.... The falling down moves...
