When you run your boat and your speedometer pitot tube clogs with debris what do you use to clear it? Post your idea's.

I use a small drill bit that I keep in my glovebox. Turned clockwise, it tends to pull the debris out.

I use "canned air" (the stuff you buy to blow out your computer keyboard. I disconnect the air hose at the back of the speedo and use the canned air to blow the debris out the way it came in. Works 90% of the time.

I use a syringe with a short section of rubber tubing (the same size and diameter already attached to boat)and use water pressure to dislodge the obstruction. Be sure to install the hose on the syringe with RTV so as not to lose it.
