My wife wants to hang some of my Cypress Gardens Wooden skis on the wall in the cabin. I really don't want to damage the skis doing it. Anyone got a good idea for hanging them?

I'll bet you could use a couple of these:

plate hanger

Only if you want to hang then horizontally.

A couple screws with flat washers on the bottom side with the ski resting on the screw and a couple on the tops side should keep them fom moving and mounted sideways flat up aginst the wall. If you want to hang them in an "X" use longet screws on the outmost ski.

Anyone's wives let them hang there skis on the mantel at home? I have a pair of skis that I think are from the '50s that I would love to hang but my wife won't approve!

You could remove a binding screw and replace with a longer one. It would go through the ski, but no visable extra hardware.
