A small part of decal is peeling and curling from the edge. About 3" in length.What do I use to fix this from getting any worse?

My '09 did that twice in the first 2 months. Had new put on over the winter, hope they'll stick this time. Think it was just a bad batch or they didn't have time to "cure" on.
