Hey all,
As it was in the mid-80's and our boats are long since put up for the year, Mrs WakeSlayer and myself hopped on the hog and took a road trip through the river valleys in southeastern MN on Sunday and Monday. 88 years ago, Ralph Samuelson invented waterskiing here. This is a shot of Lake Pepin. And Lake City, MN |

Love that drive, would be even better on a bike. Thanks for the pics.

For thousands of years men have felt the irresistible urge to go to sea, and many of them died. Things got better after they invented boats.

Mike,
I was out on Pepin on a friends sailboat all Sunday afternoon, no wind at all but a beautiful day to be on the water just the same. |

Picture proves once again Mike that you like me and most of us guys here married way over our heads.
Do not have a recent picture of the lovely mrs jbear on our Heritage. We too took a long ride 2 saturdays ago. Of course..not because our boat is put away.... john |
