GM TBI pressure regulator

   Have a customer with a TBI GM 4.3 (sterndrive), left the boat sit for 2 years and now wont start. Pressure regulator at the TBI is shot, cant get parts locally but a complete new in box TBI unit (U$D1450)

With a new pressure regulator or overhaul kit containing the diaphgram I'd be done but it seems parts is NLA.

Any sources for this?
