Hey folks, I got a bit busy in the fall, but have the time now to install this Heater Craft unit. I have a 200 series unit. Is the general rule to install this unit in the drivers-side console bulkhead? This is going in a Sport Nautique with the Ford EFI GT-40 engine. If so, do you folks place it on the bottom of the bulkhead in order to keep it as low as possible to the engine?

I originally ordered the 200 series, but my though is I may eventually want a 4 outlet 300 series so as to duct heat fwd and aft. Are you any of you running this setup?

Heater Craft recommended using the Y-fitting as opposed to their in-line pump. Previous posts seem to indicate this is a good setup.

Any other tips?

Thanks,

Mar
